Project Management

How Project Management works

Construction Hub Project Management is a private workspace for developers, contractors, consultancies, and the professionals they appoint. Create a project, invite the team, run documents, BOQ, milestones, units, and procurement — then publish a public showcase when you choose.

Already have an account? Sign in to continue. New here? Register as Project Management — not as a buyer.

Workspace

What you can run from a project

These are the live tools already in the dashboard — not a separate product.

Team

Invite architects, engineers, QS, project managers, and stakeholders with role-based access.

Documents

Keep drawings, approvals, and project files in one controlled workspace.

BOQ

Plan quantities, revisions, approvals, and RFQ handoff from the project.

Milestones

Track programme dates and completion without leaving the dashboard.

Units & sales

Specify units, list for sale or rent, and manage enquiries from the workspace.

Procurement

Raise RFQs, buy products, and keep preferred suppliers on the project.

Showcase

Publish an approved public profile when you are ready — projects stay private until then.

Who uses it

Account types and project roles

Register as Project Management if you will own or govern projects (Property Developer, Main Contractor or Project Consultancy). Architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, and stakeholders join by invitation.

How accounts work

Register once, then add Project Management if you need it

New to Construction Hub

Create an account as Project Management. After approval you can open the create-project form and start a private workspace. A Project Management subscription or trial may still apply — that is checked when you enter the dashboard, not on this page.

Do not create a second account. If you already have Project Management access, go straight to create a project. If you are a buyer or another provider type, add Project Management from My applications. Invited professionals can join a team without becoming a developer themselves.

Guided setup

How setup works

The same screens you already have — no extra wizard.

1

Create the project

Use the existing create form for name, type, location, and specifications. New projects start private.

2

Follow the dashboard checklist

Your project dashboard lists missing lead roles and documents so approvals stay on track.

3

Invite the team

Invite known professionals, stakeholders, or sales and letting providers from the Team section.

4

Set permissions

Choose observer or working access on each invite so the private workspace stays controlled.

Public vs private

The directory is not your workspace

Public directory

The Projects page lists approved showcase profiles only — name, location, published photos, listed units, and personnel the owner chose to publish.

Private dashboard

Team members, documents, BOQ, and procurement stay in the owner dashboard. A new project is private until you request showcase publishing and an admin approves it.
