Job description
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Main Contractor for a multi-storey residential development in Parklands, Nairobi.
The project comprises two 15-storey residential blocks with a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments.
The Main Contractor will be responsible for the overall construction works, coordination of subcontractors, labour, materials, equipment, quality, safety and timely delivery in accordance with the approved drawings, BQ and project specifications.
Applicants should demonstrate relevant experience in high-rise residential construction, adequate technical and financial capacity, qualified personnel and a strong track record of successful project delivery.
